About the Opportunity
Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this role provides end-to-end support for a range of Third-Party Distribution stakeholders (BDMs, RMs Brokers and Broker Clients). Reporting to the Chief Retail Banking Officer, key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the broker and broker customer is at the centre of everything we do and take ownership of process efficiency and improvements
- Growing Third Party Banking in line with sales strategy to increase market share through a set visitation programme and desk based service;
- Assist with the maintenance requests of the existing broker portfolio (i.e. variations, top-ups, retention, pricing reviews etc.);
- Maintaining Aggregator Relationships and introducer agreements;
- Keep up-to-date regarding BOS products/rates and competitor products/rates
About You
We are seeking someone with the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Completion of Year 12 – HSC, VCE or equivalent essential with Tertiary Qualification preferred
- Previous Finance industry experience required preferably in a similar role and prior retail experience in either small business, banking or finance.
- Understanding of the P&L implications of pricing and resourcing to maximise profits.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Highly developed influencing skills and well developed networking skills
- High level computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated personal community focus and drive to build relationships in the community
- Passion to delight customers and build relationships
