Oyr client, a Federal Agency, are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Budget Management Support Planner.
- Paying $43.82 p/h + Super, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, based in the Midland office.
- After training, there is the option of working from home 2 days a week.
- Currently this assignment is for 12 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs

About the Role:
- The primary objective is to engage with participants or their representatives to address overspending in their plans.
- Early identification with participants of overspending, providing education on Budget Management
- Maintain high-quality record-keeping, demonstrating proficiency in IT systems
- Conduct research and review decisions
- Administrative and data entry tasks
- Work to standard KPIs - key performance indicators
About You:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Rapid establishment of rapport for effective handling of difficult conversations about spending
- Time management and ability to manage multiple cases
- Understanding of or ability to learn policies, principles, and practices related to disability support services
Training and Support:
- Two training sessions per week for new starters
- Support from higher-level staff for additional information
- Buddy system for new employees, fostering knowledge-sharing
