Resident Services and Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and responding to the Visitors and Residents' inquiries
- Key Management (including key handover for unsettled lots).
- Parcel/ Mail Collection and Distribution.
- Move in and out management.
- Assisting with dinner recommendations/reservations.
- Organise/ Assisting premium services provided by the Aspire Management
- Collaboration in the building e.g. organizing movie nights or building/resident events, gym training/yoga sessions.
- Building App management and coordination of occupier events.
- The concierge is the main consistent in the building pulling it all together making Aspire a nice place to live.
