The Role
We are looking for a Full Time Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge team member, you will have an important role to play in fostering a sense of community amongst residents and ensuring the safety & security of our community. On a day-to-day basis, you will be coordinating requests on behalf of residents, maintaining the overall presentation of the building, and conducting perimeter & floor walks to ensure the security of our building is maintained.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing exceptional, above-and-beyond service to all our residents
- Looking after the security of the building and monitoring CCTV systems
- Coordinating the day-to-day needs of residents including but not limited to facilitating parcel delivery, booking communal facilities, arranging Move in and Move outs, and liaising with contractors.
- Ensuring a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the building.
Requirements
- Availability to work on a rotating 24/7 roster.
- Previous Concierge experience is highly preferred.
- Punctual and reliable with a professional approach and a polished presentation.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Competent in working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
