One of Australia's premium apartment buildings 150 Clarendon Street East Melbourne is operated and maintains 5 star hotel type services to meet the needs and expectations of Owners, Residents and Visitors. There is a major building upgrade and renovation program underway that will continue to elevate the buildings reputation in the real estate market as a premium facility that is an extremely desirable address.
Because we are a renowned as an above award paying employer we are looking for an exceptional ‘people person’ to join the Concierge team, which operates on a 24/7 basis. Customer focussed superstars need only apply!
This role is initially for a 12 month period supporting our overnight function on Friday night and Saturday night, shift from 11p.m until 7.am. After this 12 month period we seek to review the role for more shifts and across different days and times, but initially it is for 16 hours per week.

Qualifications & experience
- 12 months minimum in exclusive client facing role
- Great communication skills mandatory, as is the ability to anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight
- Exemplary multi tasking and working under pressure without becoming flustered is a must!
- Must value clients privacy in and out of work
