Stellar Facilities Management is a rapidly growing Boutique Facilities Management company based in Melbourne. We are currently looking into adding a new Building Manager into our family.
We are looking for someone that can represent our values & quality whilst ensuring that the end-clients (residents) would gain the utmost peaceful enjoyment of their property.
This property is a 12-months old high-end residential development where majority of its residents are Owner Occupier. They are expecting for a skillful manager that is capable of managing & represent them in the dealings with the Builder (defect related issues) and to also build a positive-relationship with the resident of this tight-knit community.
The successful candidate are expected to possess these skill sets & attitude:
- Understood the requirement of the position (managing Essential Safety Measures assets) and is capable of managing/supervising other 3rd party contractors and to provide a Quality Control measures
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders and continues to apply a mature-level of judgement & decision-making.
- Took pride in the presentation of the property (and how the service is presented by the in-house management team)
- Genuine interest in relationship building with the residents and to show a problem-solving can do attitude
- Autonomous, self-managing, and well-structured organizational skills
Full-Time role within a residential development. The daily tasks & responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- Act as the escalation point for communication between all stakeholders (resident, contractors, strata manager, in-house concierge team, etc.)
- Implementation of compulsory inspection/maintenance program (Essential Service Measures)
- Quality control measures for all tasks/works performed within the common property of the building
- Perform the necessary review & checks on all security, OH&S, and customer-service policies
- Facilitate induction process for new residents and to welcome new owners/tenants into the property
- Assist the Owners Corporation Committee (and strata manager) in the day to day operation of the property
- Administration tasks to ensure that all property-specific records are maintained
