BUILDING MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to oversee an established residential building in Melbourne’s CBD.
You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding service.
This premier facility requires a self-motivated, high-level communicator with an eye for detail.
You will need to possess leadership and excellent organization skills to ensure the highest standards are delivered to the clients and their asset.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage staff teams in cleaning, concierge and security departments
- Ensure compliance with all Essential Services
- Identify and apply relevant efforts towards ensuring the client's assets
- Continually enhance the operation in keeping with the company's philosophy of service to the client
- Be organized and ensure all records pertaining to the building are kept
- Undertake administrative duties relating to projects as directed by the Operations Manager
- Build productive relationships with clients and service providers
- Enforcement of OC rules
- Liaise with the OC Manager
- After hours emergency attendance.
To be successful in this role you must:
- High end multi-level residential Building upkeep and maintenance coordination
- EXCELLENT communications skills
- Previous Facilities, Engineering or Building Management role (minimum 5 years)
- Proven experience in building maintenance management, including supervising a team and overseeing building projects.
- Hands-on experience with basic maintenance skills Effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Foster client relationships and encourage a community culture
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in multiple IT solutions
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness
- Hotel and Hospitality exposure highly regarded
