About the opportunity.
This role will suit someone with a passion to broaden their exposure in the field of commercial Building Operations. Someone looking for succession planning, personal growth, and development. In this role you will build an understanding of our business approach to operations management together with an awareness of our systems, processes and procedures. Our intention is to equip you with the requisite skills and support to perform your role where you will receive ongoing support from fantastic mentors who manage a dynamic team of industry professionals.
You will work alongside our senior engineering teams and business line head to develop your skills in building maintenance and back of house administration. In addition, you will proactively engage with stakeholders to coordinate site operations, manage contractors, follow all health & safety management guidelines, ensure compliance with regulations and procedures, support facilities related projects and gain an understanding of technical requirements for a mix of commercial sites.
