About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team in the pivotal role of Associate/Senior Consultant within their Project Assurance business unit, focused on the Building Services aspect of a groundbreaking healthcare development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead as an independent reviewer within a collaborative team environment, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Execute comprehensive reporting and acceptance testing procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, navigating diverse personalities with professionalism and confidence.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services, preferably 7-10 years.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Building Services commissioning.
- Recent employment in a construction firm, particularly with delivery experience in healthcare or large-scale commercial & complex projects.
- Prior experience as a Building Services Manager or Coordinator in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder.
- Strong practical experience in Building Services commissioning.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in managing external stakeholder relationships, with the ability to navigate challenging personalities.
- Friendly and collaborative approach that aligns with the team culture.
- Self-driven and confident, yet humble and open to learning.
- Possesses a calm demeanor and level-headed approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented in approach.
This role will involve working closely with 1-2 support team members, without direct reporting responsibilities.
While the position may offer part-time options, flexibility is paramount to accommodate project needs, including potential evening, night, or early morning work.
