Providing specialised building automation systems, controls and analytics.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career and occupy an integral role within a leading business. You will utilise your technical sales acumen (HVAC or BMS/Controls) and natural relationship building ability to manage and build accounts within a defined client base as well as finding and developing new business opportunities.
Reporting directly to the CEO the focus of the role would be on Projects (typically $1m-$3m) as well as Maintenance contracts.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining good relationships at all levels and coordinating new and repeat sales
- Being a key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications.
- Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team
- Enquiry handling, prepare, send and follow up on quotations.
You Will Bring
- Demonstrated success in Sales within HVAC/BMS/Automation (or closely related field)
- Commercial acumen
- Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated capacity for high-level customer service
- Technical acumen along with strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrable expertise in building & maintaining strong strategic relationships with customers & key stakeholders
- Ability to comprehend Technical information related to the products
