The OpportunityWith over 30 years of visionary success, our client has grown from a brilliant idea to a successful multinational firm who have turned the property and development industry on its head. They are looking for a switched on and professional Administrative Assistant who can help their business engine hum and enable the business to do what it does best. This is a multifaceted role from managing the front of house through to Admin Support and preparing documents for the broader team. The role itself will allow for development and progression as the business continues to grow; providing the chance to guide the path this position takes while providing the potential for mentorship.

The Responsibility

Working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Working in cohesion with the office manager to provide administration support to wider team and ensure the smooth running of the office;
  • Manage front of house, meeting and greeting of visitors and set up of meeting rooms;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Preparing all documents including meeting minutes, agendas, reports and all other correspondence required;
  • Maintain the filing system, handling and management of archiving;
  • Assisting with event coordination, including Christmas parties and team lunches, and;
  • Supporting the broader office and team with any additional administrative, project related tasks.
The ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 – 18 months experience in an Administrative, Reception or Coordination based role. Alternatively, you may have worked in project management or consulting in a support capacity, with a demonstrated ability to work with and support senior leaders on projects. Industry exposure to Construction and Project Management will be looked upon favourably, as will exposure to using Oracle and Quality Assurance processing, however is not essential. You will thrive working in a project environment, that still has the stability of a corporate office and hold a very hands on, no fuss approach to your style. You will demonstrate a positive and driven work ethic and will be highly customer service oriented with professional and exceptional verbal and written communication.
  
*Please note, this position commences 1st April and will be a temp contract running through to December. Potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person!
