This builder/developer is one of New South Wales' largest builders building over a thousand homes annually. They have projects across the state with a focus on new homes.
The team are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to also work very closely with the Director of the business. While working one-on-on with the Director, you will also be assisting the wider development and finance team across any administrative duties.
The Role
- Diary & email management
- Assisting with personal-related matters - booking appointments, restaurants, running errands, lunch collection etc
- Liaising with clients, and other stakeholders
- Events coordination & management
- Expenses
- Travel coordination & booking
- Project administration and finance related assistance
- Team coordination for the wider Construction Team & Support function
- Minimum 2 years experience within a strong administrative role within a business
- Construction knowledge would be highly regarded
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage an everchanging schedule
- A level-head when dealing with pressure
- Open-minded and up for a challenge!
- Remuneration dependent on experience, from $75,000 + superannuation
- 5 days in the office, based in Rutherford
