Apprenticeship Careers Australia are currently seeking applicants that have previous customer service experience, who are dependable, reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to commence a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).
The successful candidate will be employed by Apprenticeship Careers Australia and hosted to work in a 18-month full-time traineeship with ECH.
About You:
- Must be customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- An interest in public/community health
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company processes and procedures
- Can treat clients in a respectful manner and with respect to privacy and confidentiality
- Have excellent time management skills, can work under pressure, and possess the ability to multi-task
- Shows initiative and has the maturity and ability to work autonomously when required
- Have a professional attitude
Duties include:
- Ensure calls are answered promptly & politely
- Greeting clients
- Ensure all messages are delivered promptly & accurately
- Directing mail and incoming packages
- Data entry/using spreadsheets
- Filing
- Other administrative tasks as directed
Candidate Requirements:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights.
- Willing to commit to completing a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).
- Demonstrate cooperation, respect, consideration, and tact in dealing with others
- Aptitude for working and communicating effectively with people of all backgrounds
- Ability to prioritise requirements
Candidates must have
- COVID-19 vaccination + booster
- Be prepared to gain your flu vaccination
- National Police clearance or be prepared to gain
