Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Customer Education Specialist?
To thrive at Smartgroup, we encourage you to aim for excellence rather than settling for the status quo. We are seeking people who are passionate about playing an integral role within the customer-facing education and sales team.
- You should demonstrate a strong background in field sales, customer education, sales or customer/client services, preferably with face-to-face experience.
- You must have the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including both customers and clients, and collaborate closely with our Client Success/Client Relationship Management team to drive growth.
- You should have experience in conducting 1:1 consultation with customers in person and presenting product education sessions to small-medium sized groups.
- You should find satisfaction in engaging with customers and be capable of working independently In a variety of industry environments, including healthcare .
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is required (Metro, Regional, Interstate travel)
- Previous experience in (or knowledge of) financial services, taxation, employee benefits programs and/or motor vehicles would be highly regarded.
