Job description

As a Service delivery Coordinator, you will play a cruciaal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services to clients. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of service delivery, managing schedules and facilitating communication between different departments. This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can thrive in a fast paced envirnment, is a well versed administor and has strong customer serice skills.

Key Responsibilities -

Customer Service

  • Receive requests for services from customers, prioritise these requests in line with the agreed service levels and response times and allocate the work to appropriate Team Members or approved subcontractor for action.
  • Effectively communicate with the Customer where required and support the service delivery team in maximising Customer satisfaction.
  • Record Customer comments/complaints in accordance with Contract quality system requirements
  • Escalate service requests to the Management Team in instances where requests cannot be actioned within the required response times.
Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Maintain service delivery data in the relevant work order management system. - Process and record financial transactions for the contract
  • Prepare information for inclusion into the specified reports, ensuring information is correct, prepared to the agreed format and structure within the given timeframe.
  • Monitor progress and anticipated completion date for all service requests.
  • Establish and manage approved contractor listing including licences, permits and inductions and external audit schedules.
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
  • Actively identify hazards in the workplace and implement corrective action.
  • Monitor and report all instances of team member/subcontractor non-compliance.
  • Ensure that safety reporting and communications are completed in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong customer relationships.
