We are looking for an individual who has a strong customer service background and who is eager to commence a full time Business Administration Traineeship!

This role will introduce you to the various areas of operational procedures in business. This position is ideally suited to individuals who are looking to start their career in Reception and Administration and have a genuine interest in the infrastructure and construction industry.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the new Business Administrator will mirror the support function in the south Australia branch and be the point of contact for administration requirements in the WA branch. You will work alongside another administrator that are linked to corporate services functions based in the office.
The role pathway post completion will be for the administrator to support specific project based work of company contracts and migrate to a project office/coordinator position as a career pathway.
- Greet clients and visitors as they enter the show room in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls as well as make appointments.
- Scheduling support to the WA construction team in multiple aspects.
- Assist in travel arrangements for the construction team accordingly.
- Trained in invoicing and account keeping as well as assisting customer choices if there was an interest in design/aesthetics.
