Hedland Womens Refuge (HWR) is a non-for-profit community-based organisation located in the Pilbara. Our service delivery scope includes crisis accommodation and community outreach for women with or without children experiencing family and/or domestic violence. At Hedland Womens Refuge our team provide a safe, respectful and welcoming place for women to be heard and empowered to make informed decisions that promote safety and well-being. HWR take a person centered case management approach that supports collaboration with external stakeholders appropriate to our clients.
The Business Administrator is a key role to support the organisations service delivery through its adopted systems, policies and processes. The Business Administrator is responsible for the following business areas:
- Quality, risk, continuous improvement and feedback
- Business and ICT Systems
- Asset management and maintenance
- Financial administration support
- Monitor and manage HWR policies and procedures
- Support the organisation to operate in accordance with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure the organisation has sufficient resources to implement our adopted business and strategic plan
