We are now looking for a confident, talented and experienced Business Administrator to join our super-awesome team to help us capitalise on these growth opportunities successfully and sustainably. 

As a family-owned business, we recognise and value our people as our greatest asset, and we are very much looking forward to our new Business Administrator coming on board to take ownership of our administrative functions in a very a hands on and strategic capacity by:

  • Undertaking day-to-day tasks administrative and customer focussed tasks.
  • Understanding the intricate links that each process weaves throughout the companies.
  • Streamlining and implementing best process for existing administrative tasks within systems (Excel spreadsheets and MYOB Accountright).
  • Establishing best process administratively as we bring on new systems (Inhouse MRP/ERP) and scale.

Whilst our new Business Administrator will be the guru of all our processes and systems, they will also make a big impact on the success of our customer service as they: 

  • Oversee the administrative email boxes.
  • Are first port of call for general incoming phone calls.
  • Process orders and book in freight.
  • Investigate and resolve basic freight, administrative, and finance queries.

  • Accomplished in managing and operating administrative and financial systems (MYOB).

The salary offered is above award and commensurate with the high level of responsibility attributed to this role.
