My Not for Profit client based in Unley has a full time position for an experienced Administrator to join their high performing team. The ideal candidate will come with proven customer service and administration experience along with great initiative and strong communication skills.Your Responsibilities Include:Greeting clients as they arrive for appointmentsAnswering calls and enquiries in a professional and timely mannerProcessing invoicesAccounts administration Data entryScheduling appointmentsGeneral administrative tasks as required by managementIdeally You Will Have:Great initiativeThe ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a teamPrevious experience with invoicesExperience working with Word and Excel along with good general computer skillsSome experience with accounts administrative dutiesGreat customer service skillsA NDIS Screening Check (Not essential and you can apply if successful)If you are interested in this full time opportunity, please apply online with your updated CV.
