About the role
Renewal SA has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced financial Administrator within the Commercial and Business Services team. The role reports to the Director, Finance Control and Business Services and is primarily responsible for assisting the team with monitoring and maintaining financial systems and processes whilst providing administrative support across the financial accounting, procurement and governance teams.
Key responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) support
Assist Procurement Team with reporting requirements and provide backup for procurement staff as required
Assist Governance and Compliance team with preparation and publication of reports
Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC) report preparations.
About you
We are seeking an experienced administrative officer who can demonstrate the following:
Sound experience in delivering administrative AND BUSINESS support processes and practices including preparing correspondence, documents, and predefined reports.
Experience delivering a high level of customer service and quality information to clients.
Sound computing skills including understanding computer concepts and using applications within a Microsoft Windows and MS Office environment.
Basic knowledge of government policy requirements relating to administration and financial practices.
