As a Team Leader of of 6+ Business Analysts you will oversee the direction of a Business Analysis area of a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from Infrastructure upgrades, Cloud migrations, to Business Applications. You will lead and develop individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver quality solutions and outcomes.
As well as supporting and leading a team, you will also provide specialised Business Analysis for the implementation of infrastructure technology solutions to meet requirements for the Shared Services area of IT.
You will also support the capability uplift of the newly formed IT Business Analysis Services practice.
Your background
Demonstrated technical Business Analysis experience in major infrastructure and application transformations is highly regarded.
Passion to guide and develop experienced Business Analysts
Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and technical knowledge of system design.
Experience in analysis of business needs and develop effective business solutions.
Advanced understanding of Business Analysis infrastructure domain and knowledge of tools, methods and communication techniques to extract, develop, validate and document business requirements in an agile format.

As part of the broader Information Technology Department you will be part of a collaborative team of Business Analysts actively working across technical infrastructure projects responsible to the Corporate Services Group to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.
