They are now seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team and work closely with the Senior Project Manager on projects that will revolutionise operations and empower the workforce.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and other key stakeholders to analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design innovative solutions to optimise operations.
Your analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and passion for leveraging technology will be crucial in ensuring the success of their digital transformation efforts.

- Knowledge and experience with MS Power Apps
- Knowledge and experience with SQL (On-Prem / Cloud)
- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint (Demonstrated understanding of security principals and capabilities)
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps / Jira
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects, preferably in large complex digital transformation programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and ask probing questions.
- Proven interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationship with broad stakeholder groups and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Capability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop structured approaches for resolution.
- Proficiency in analysing complex business processes, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to gather and interpret data from various sources and use it to derive actionable.
