A TYPICAL DAY AS A BUSINESS COACH AT THE ENTOURAGE:

Conducting Engaging Coaching Sessions:

• Lead engaging coaching sessions with Accelerate members, utilizing various mediums such as phone, videoconference, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with members to identify key challenges within their businesses and develop clear pathways for addressing them, while also supporting fellow Accelerate coaches in similar endeavors.
• Provide consistent accountability to members, ensuring they remain on track to overcome challenges and achieve their business growth goals.
• Seamlessly transition between offering clear direction and providing supportive, nurturing guidance to members as needed.

Driving Member Retention and Continuation:

• Proactively engage with members to build strong rapport and maximize their value from the Accelerate program, including identifying opportunities for product ascension.
• Initiate meaningful discussions with members to reinforce the value they receive from the program and address any concerns or dissatisfaction efficiently to maintain program membership.
• Execute inside account management activities to ensure a high retention rate from one program year to the next, while also ensuring alignment with program promises in marketing, sales, and delivery.
• Drive team performance by ensuring adherence to outlined objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
   

First Three Months Goals

Immersing Yourself in Our Methodology.

• Master the tried and tested Entourage Learning Methodology, becoming proficient in its application with your members to drive impactful results.
• Forge strong connections with your membership pool, facilitating a smooth transition from their previous Business Coach to you and establishing trust and rapport.
• Demonstrate significant wins with your members, whether through positive feedback loops, increased member retention, or glowing reviews, showcasing your effectiveness and impact as a Business Coach at The Entourage.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED 

• In-depth understanding of entrepreneurial and business concepts and functions.
• Demonstrated Account Management expertise.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to connect with diverse businesses, spanning service-based industries to construction and beyond.
• Lived experience or Bachelor qualification in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields.
