The Opportunity – JL2 is looking for Business Analysts to work within the Defence environment.
Required Duties / Skills
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Complete gap analysis of processes/requirements
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- Sound analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating reports, presentations and presenting these to an audience
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Required Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Previous experience in the Defence environment will be highly regarded

- Self motivation with the ability to work autonomously and remotely when rquired
- Ability to apply critical thinking to tasks
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
You Must Have
Due to client requirements, you MUST be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance of Negative Vetting 1.
