AddressOn behalf of our Federal Government partner - we seek a talented, dynamic Business Analyst to work within a Digital Products and Platforms Branch on a range of digital initiatives. Ideally you will be client focused with experience across all aspects of business analysis in a digital environment. This will entail liaising with stakeholders to solicit, understand and document business requirements, processes, and co-design solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, testers and solution architects on solution design, development and testing as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum delivery team, participating in sprints and workshops as required.
- Facilitating workshops and other collaboration or research activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet outcomes, such as identifying pain points and designing solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Producing artefacts as required to assist teams to understand the problem and design an appropriate solution. This may include user stories, user journey maps, jobs to be done, service blueprints, personas, wireframes, functional requirements specifications.
- Provide input into a solution design that takes into account enterprise architecture, security, information and data management in order to resolve complex issues for both near term business objectives and predicted future needs.
Selection criteria
- Demonstrated experience as a senior Business Analyst (at least 5 years) in digital projects.
- Experience facilitating workshops for large stakeholder groups and ability to synthesise input into requirements.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment within multi-disciplinary agile product teams.
- Experience working in personalisation and authentication solutions (desirable).
- Experience working with government digital project using DTA's Digital Service Standard.
