Business Analyst - Full time Position

$65,000- $72,000 per year

Duties / Skills / Experience

The successful applicant will complete the following duties and have the below mentioned skills and experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Working with clients and users to formulate and document business requirements
• Identifying and analyzing business processes and inefficiencies to appropriately recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior
• Acting as a central reference to all clients to guide them through the changes to their system
• Creating user and system documentation for both users and for training purposes
• Guide prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries and feedback
• Instruct salespeople in the utilization of all services to maximize sales
• Develop accurate and current product knowledge in yourself and others and demonstrate it appropriately with customers
• Monitor salespeople’s sales performance proactively to achieve/exceed budget
• Generate sales proactively and achieve/exceed budgets
• Ensure salespeople correctly apply company policy and procedure in all aspects of customer orders.
• Analyzing system requirements and Identify technologies to be used , its limitations and choosing an appropriate technology for the project
• Writing and maintaining the code in version controlling software to meet technical specifications and to ensure the quality standards.
• Create and maintain the database schemas of software applications using SQL and NoSQL.
• Design and execute test plans on pre-existing applications.
• Testing, debugging and resolving the problems of the critical issues.
• Identify issues in software failures/breakdowns and fix them to ensure the high quality and good performance of the system.
• Deploy and integrate functions, software and applications ensuring compatibility.
• Implement applications design, create queries, scripts, web pages and other deliverables.
• To write and maintain technical documentation as well as user manuals for the software solutions.
