Responsibilities:We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Attribution Analyst to join our Rail and Transit Systems team in Auburn- NSW.The Performance Attribution Analyst will report to the Performance Attribution Manager - and forms part of the Rail & Transit System NSW Project and Contract Delivery team. The successful candidate will analyse train systems data & business systems data to resolve incident attribution with our customers against contract requirements. You will manage data effectively, prepare detailed attribution reports, provide information to appropriate managers for reliability improvement and support the RTS Commercial and Financial teams.
Ideally, you will have the following experience:- Background in Rail, Aerospace, Defence or similar heavy industry.
- Mechanical, Electrical Tertiary Engineering qualification or other relevant trade qualification.
- Experience in the use of PC based fault diagnostic tools in a rolling stock, asset management or heavy maintenance industry.
- Able to investigate defects and incidents to resolve incident attribution.
- Understanding and interpretation of contractual agreements, including ability to maximise long term Contracts' profitability.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct detailed investigations and provide clear and decisive results and written reports.
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills with the confidence to negotiate with external Clients.
