Our client provides science and technology support to safeguard Australia and its national interests.

The Role
Our client is seeking the services of a Business Analyst to perform the following duties:

• Assist in the development of Test cases and supporting Test execution, as required
• Develop and maintain the Programs requirements traceability matrix
• Have additional experience in broader Project Management Organisation types (governance and reporting type experience)
• Other tasks as directed by the Commonwealth representative

About You
Key required skills, experience and exposure include:

• Demonstrated experience documenting Systems Specifications and support systems specifications in the format of EPICS, Features, User stories and Tasks using Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience of modelling of application design, infrastructure needs, and information flows using tools such as MS Visio and / or HOPEX.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an embedded Commonwealth team with external providers and stakeholders to provide administration support including meeting scheduling, minute taking, agenda management, document management and support, including management of action items register.
• Experience in meeting administration including taking meeting minutes, meeting scheduling and communication with participants.
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business or related field, or a combination of education and related experience proving equivalent knowledge.
