About the role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join Kinetic IT, working collaboratively with an enterprise customer.
The BA will be tasked to translate functional specifications into insights to guide development and execution of projects and improvement activities.
This role specifically will be to evaluate ServiceNow and identify requirements. Liaise with users, project, and specialist teams to document interfaces and processes, develop new solutions and execute testing.
This role will entail:
- Requirements gathering to foster collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and identify pain points for projects and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse and document existing business processes in ServiceNow to identify areas for improvement. Document requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to guide development and system enhancements.
- Ensuring technical and user documentations are kept to a high standard including specifications for solutions and adhere with guidelines and standards issues by Kinetic IT or our customers.
- Strong stakeholder communication to act as a liaison between business users, process owner teams, facilitating effective communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a common understanding of requirements.
- Address user queries and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of processes, applications, and solutions.
- Reviewing and apply continuous improvement updates as necessary for our Quality Management System documentation process.
If you were here today, you would have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering process and systems related projects in an enterprise environment.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills with proven ability to build and create long lasting relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong understanding and experience with Business Process Mapping.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in IT and Business Analysis, e.g., IIBA Business Analysis Certification.
