Oue client is looking for a Business Analyst Who has experience in delivering business scope definition, business process design, business analysis deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering business scope definition, success criteria, business process mapping using BPMN 2.0 standard.
- Support solution design, security review, resource plans including cost estimations.
- Support business case development and funding request.
- Partner with Business Unit to scope technology ideas, concepts and initiatives that support their business strategy.
- Collaborate to ensure effective stakeholder management during project delivery and business escalation support for change/issue management.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong integration knowledge across organisational business processes
- Business process mapping
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement including negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Able to proactively offer innovative solutions challenge the status quo and lead business stakeholders to agreement
- Experience and demonstrated ability to support project delivery lifecycle
- A sound understanding of technology concepts, particularly from an ERP application perspective
- Understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit
- Knowledge of various SAP modules and system integrations
- Knowledge of other business applications, e.g. Sales Force, Globe
