Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on a range of management issues, including strategy development, organisational design and process improvement. The Business Analyst will be tasked with reviewing all systems and databases associated with the Company's life cycle cost analysis for all mobile plant and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within client [to be deleted] the organisation. This may involve reviewing workflows, examining financial data, or assessing the performance of existing systems.
- Developing strategies to address identified issues and achieve desired outcomes by assessing the costs, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions
- Implementing developed strategies in identified issues and measuring success by adherence to project deadlines and achievement of quality standards.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and refine potential solutions to business problems or opportunities by designing new processes, defining system requirements, or recommending technology solutions.
- Monitoring and evaluating project progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Track key performance indicators to measure their impact on the business including preparing regular reports for management on project progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and streamline operations, driving overall efficiency improvements.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and developing business cases and proposals to support recommendations for change or improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by helping them understand the need for change, addressing concerns, and supporting the implementation of new processes or systems.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support the adoption of new processes or systems by end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
