The role:
We are currently offering an opportunity to an enthusiastic and invested individual who is looking to grow their career as a Business & Data Analyst.

Based in our Welshpool Branch and working alongside a range of subject matter experts you will grow your business skill set with hands on experience across administration, record management, finance, operations, and reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and administer databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Data needs and deliver solutions.
- Lead RPA development efforts, identifying automation opportunities, and creating efficient workflows.
- Implement data governance best practices and ensure compliance with data security regulations.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data processes for efficiency and performance.
You:
- You will be an analytical thinker who is results orientated.
- You will have a relevant Degree, or 5+ years similar working experience.
- You will be innovative in your approach, and demonstrate the ability to pivot in line with the market.
- Be a great relationship builder and can work autonomously.
