Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements for digital projects and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Define and document detailed business and functional requirements for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus on project deliverables.
- Assist in the development of digital strategies and roadmaps, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Support the testing and validation of digital solutions, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units during the implementation and adoption of digital solutions, ensuring smooth transition and user satisfaction.

- Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
