We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations.
- Create clear and concise documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.
- years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- The salary for the position is between $70,000-$75,000.
