We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and drive improvements in our business systems. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, reviewing, and documenting EPICs and user stories that align with our scope to enhance our business systems and align solutions with our organizational strategies and plans.Top of Form
Key accountabilities include:
- Analyse and review existing systems, applications, functions, and data to ensure alignment with business requirements and strategic ICT objectives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and determine business priorities, engaging with users to deeply understand their needs and uncover opportunities for system enhancements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with users, technical staff, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide accurate technical advice and solutions, contributing to the specification and documentation of business requirements for new or existing solutions.
- Collaborate with external and internal customers to ensure business improvements are in line with long-term strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in information management and advocate for innovative techniques in data storage, management, and delivery.
- Contribute positively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the achievement of branch business outcomes.
About You
- Experience with website development and content management systems (CMS) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in writing user stories and understanding UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-based development approaches.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
