About the Opportunity
As the Business Analyst, working within the Workforce team, your primary focus is to prepare commercial/operational reporting and analysis, business forecasting, preparation of annual budgets and analysing data to assist the business with making sound commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce Weekly and Monthly ANNAC Report
- Support Funding team with the assessment tracking tool
- Assist with producing Month end Board Pack
- Maintain the labour data and produce labour hour report on the daily base
- Produce 24/7 Nurse report and following up any gaps with Business Partner on the daily base
- Collect and follow up agency usage with providers on a daily base to meet monthly and Quarterly reporting deadlines
- Assist with reviewing and maintaining RAC homes’ Master rosters and aligning of Operational Rosters to Master rosters
- Assist with development and refinement of tools, procedures, and processes
- Produce other various reports as requested
About You
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within Aged Care or similar
- Experience with Data Warehouse systems is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of attention detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong computer literacy including advanced MS Excel skills
- Undergraduate degree with major (or equivalent) in a financial discipline
- Commencement of CPA/CA Qualifications preferable
