We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!
You will have proven experience working on projects as a Business Analyst. Some exposure to IT and/or Quality Assurance projects would be beneficial.
You will have the ability to influence and develop relationships to achieve exceptional results. Your communication skills ensure that you build rapport quickly and in return can easily work with key stakeholders to translate business requirements to meet performance excellence.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst you will be supporting Joblink Plus sites across our entire footprint. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting the operational performance and levels of excellence of our Employment Services, Training Entity, Social Enterprises, and other major contracts.
You will analyse and collate departmental data to ensure that all operational performance is to a high standard in line with Joblink Plus Purpose and Principles.
Responsibilities included but not limited to
- Assist to promote and achieve operational performance to reach committed levels of excellence.
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of Joblink Plus systems and processes.
- Keep up to date with Contractual, Regulatory, and Legislative developments to optimise operational performance systems.
- Assist in the development of Request for Proposals and Tenders.
- Produce business reports on operational performance, trends, and patterns.
- Identify, analyse, and research market and performance trends.
- Identify areas of development and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain end user systems, processes, and resources.
- Assist users and work with IT and Quality support teams.
