The Business Analyst/Project Management should be ready to make an impact by leading, documenting, planning and developing the newly founded project. The proposed software will be flexible and adaptable for various companies and industries without further action and designed as a stand-alone, saleable SaaS product.
Successful applicants must have a thorough understanding of modern software development practices, including agile software development methodologies, creative processes and best practices regarding User Experience and User Interface design. The overall objective is to ensure the successful completion of the Wurkbox project to be flexible, adaptable for various companies and industries without further action and design to be implemented.
To be able to best deliver the purpose of this role, there are core skills and experiences you should have although there will be opportunities for learning and development.
- Proven experience managing or leading teams of software developers
- Demonstrate the ability to own and deliver software projects
- Have good verbal and written communication skills

The managerial role will require the adaptation of certain responsibilities to motivate and oversee the progress of the project. These Responsibilities Include:
- Implement creative and software development to achieve the ideas and desired outcomes
- Coordinate creative and brainstorming sessions, manage, collate and record ideas, outcomes and objectives
- Conduct user testing, collect and record outcomes and use for further development and improvement
- Thinking about each persona (user type), Map out the step-by-step process that they follow through each module of the system relevant to their needs
- Realise the goals, objectives and vision of the project on time and within budget
- Coordinate the team and engage with stakeholders to coordinate the project and steer it in the right direction
