Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding client needs and translating them into actionable user stories. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical team, ensuring that we deliver solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
- identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures, and work practices
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
- Perform quality assurance.
- Identify and address gaps in requirements by engaging in proactive communication with clients to clarify and refine needs.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders through excellent verbal and written skills.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
Ideal Candidate Profile must:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
