Business Analyst - Digital

Exciting opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to join an innovative Retail leader. You’ll be working in a fully Agile team and be joining the team to provide a seamless customer experience and in their journey of discovery to choose relevant products by providing recommendations in all digital touchpoints.

Your responsibilities:

• Assessing and defining business need and areas for improvement. Actively seeks out opportunities to enhance and improve.
• Selects appropriate analysis approach to a piece of work depending on its complexity, level of risk, known assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
• Effectively identifies partners and builds and manages relationships according to individual stakeholder needs and levels of influence.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities; impacts and outcomes.
• Working with the Product Owner to test, document and communicate solution options.
• Working closely with UI/UX designers to delivery quality designs and ensuring endorsement from the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the business and organisational implications of day-to-day evolution of the solution are properly modelled and thought through.
• Ensuring the impact of decisions are reviewed in the context of the customer, vision, and tribal purpose / mission.
• Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively provide the outcome for the customer
• Working closely with the squad and other key stakeholders in productionising the solution

  
Your skills/experience:

• Strong Digital BA with 2+ years experience in an Agile environment
• Experience working on Digital / Customer experience initiatives (website or mobile app projects)
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to communicate ideas and propose recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and critical thinking
