Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

The Business Analyst - Identity Data will be part of a small team within the Data Cyber & Technology pillar that will be focused on and supporting our Identity Transformation (TIAM) activities.

The role will be working as part of a program team which includes project and Cyber Security resources and will be working closely with various business stakeholders, software vendors, Woolworths and technology stakeholders, to reshape our identity ecosystem and support other transformation pillars efforts to successfully migrate away from our reliance on shared systems, to stand up our own internal capabilities within Endeavour.

The Business Analyst will ensure the TIAM activities are set for success by identifying and defining needs, opportunities, and critically understanding and analysing team member cohorts.  The BA will assist in the development of solutions by facilitating a collaborative approach to maximise the value delivered to our customers and stakeholders.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities; impacts and outcomes
• Evaluate, analyse and communicate business requirements on a continuing basis with a clear documentation of current state and future state (optimised) business processes
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into process enhancements
• Working with the business process owners, lead the development, documentation and delivery of end-to-end process and ensure solutions are delivered that enable business value
• Provide support to the Identity Transformation Manager, Program Manager, Project Managers, Change Managers and relevant Applications resources as required e.g. development of Business Case, Project Schedule, Vendor Evaluation, Training activities, Operational Support, and progress updates, as required for each project
   

Now let’s talk about you

• Have over 3+ years of experience in the area of Business analysis preferably in an identity management and/or cyber security environment
• Demonstrated experience with large identity management projects
• Elicitation of requirements, AS-IS and TO-BE, workshop facilitation, process mapping BPM
  Good knowledge of security governance and compliance frameworks (i.e. SAP Secure Operation Map, NIST, Mitre Att&ck etc.), incident categories, incident responses, and timelines for response (desirable)
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (desirable)
• Experience with retail and venue systems (desirable)
• Significant experience in mapping and development of Business Processes to drive efficiencies
• Understanding of functional capabilities and Business Processes across business functions
