We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity where hard work will be awarded.
 
 
Responsibilities include:
 

• Carry out analysis to define configuration specifications and business technological requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices and processes for improved system methods as per retail industry best practices.
• Formulate and implement systems for the management of product data and pricing ensuring both products & pricing are accurately published.
• Formulate the systems and process of integration of new Warehouse Software with various inhouse systems & Thomax Logistics for streamlining the creative supplies online Australia PTY ltd business practices.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality for external stakeholders.
• Prepare training documentation for users as well as organize formal sessions, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT, business processes and other relevant fields.
• Utilize IT resources to create IT solutions effective in meeting the requirements of an organization.
• Offer recommendations to upper management on ways to maximize profits by improving systems processes.
• Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information.
• Communicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues.
• Conduct research to identify ways to improve systems performance and efficiency.
• Monitor systems development processes to ensure successful project completion.
• Publish and organise social media in relation to product promotion.
• Establish and implement products promotion strategy.

 
Qualifications and experience

• Relevant minimum 2 years’ experience
• Relevant qualifications
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Salary:

• The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $90,000 p.a
• Plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
