Business Analyst Genesys / Salesforce

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for a short-term contract position in Sydney starting in July. This role focuses on integrating Genesys with Salesforce, with a specific emphasis on telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid business analysis background, hands-on experience in telephony integrations, and a deep understanding of both Genesys and Salesforce platforms.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integrating Genesys with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and telephony experts, to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, systems, and integration points.
• Provide expertise in telephony systems and ensure best practices are followed in the integration process.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder requirements and provide project updates.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong consulting skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.

High-Level Scope:

• Understand Salesforce Sales Cloud out-of-the-box capabilities, process flows, technical requirements, and sales processes.
• Assess gaps, suggest improvements, and identify quick wins.
• Participate in an onsite workshop in Sydney

Skills Required:

• Capture business requirements related to the Salesforce Sales Cloud build.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud capability and development to inform requirements definition.
• Experience in translating functional requirements into technical requirements (and build).
• Experience in Genesys/Salesforce integration.
• Ability to input into a strategic capability roadmap.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on system integration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Genesys and Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of telephony systems and experience in telephony integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong consulting style with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Sydney.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Salesforce, or Genesys.
• Previous experience in similar integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
