On the back of building a new digital leadership team they are now embarking on an ambitious transformation program that will significantly improve the customer and employee experience.
The roleYou will be working from inception to delivery on a large-scale ERP upgrade/implementation project partnering with key stakeholders and vendors. The focus of your project stream will be HRIS, specifically time-sheeting, rostering and time and attendance. You will be supporting the development of a feasibility study, business case, go to market strategy and selection of an optimal solution.This is a 12-month contract with high possibility of extension as this is a long-term program. Rates are based on experience; this is hybrid working with convenient access to public transport and discounted staff parking 10 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
Your experience- Previous experience spearheading the design and implementation of HRIS workstreams and initiatives.
- Structuring and executing in-depth analysis to fuel the development and execution of the transformation vision and plan.
- Forge strong connections and seamless coordination with internal partners and key stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and effective communication of requirements.
- Play a vital role in crafting and disseminating transformation project materials and artifacts, amplifying the impact of your efforts.
- Elicit and analyse requirements and business rules relative to the initiative being worked on using techniques such as Problem/Hypothesis statements, epics/stories, systems modelling and user scenarios.
- Experience with HRIS business case development, system selection and implementation essential.
