In this role, you'll serve as the vital link between our business units, technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating the delivery of cost-effective solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with project managers, architects and stakeholders to develop and document business processes and solutions. From analysing data to defining requirements and producing various artifacts and matrices. Utilising your expertise in Agile methodologies and business analysis principles, you'll conduct gap analysis, assess impacts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitation skills will be crucial as you coordinate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and gather valuable insights. Your ability to analyse information and develop clear, concise documentation will be essential in guiding the design of technology solutions. You'll also work closely with internal teams to understand existing processes and systems, providing expert advice to support decision-making.
As a key communicator, you'll establish and maintain relationships with team members, clients and external partners. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify inefficiencies, recommend optimal practices and contribute to the development of high-quality analysis papers and documentation.
Experience in software testing and familiarity with tools like Microsoft O365 suite and SharePoint will be advantageous. Additionally, exposure to information management, project management methodologies and system integration will enhance your candidacy.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience (5+ years);
- Experience in the development of business process, system and data maps and models and producing current and future state analysis;
- Highly developed skills and experience in the elicitation and documentation of business and system requirements;
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and Agile methodologies; gap analysis, process modelling, data mapping, interface integration and APIs; demonstrated ability to work in Scrum, Kanban and other frameworks;
- Understanding and application of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) principles and Prince2 project methodology;
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and engagement skills to support extensive consultation on a diverse variety of considerations; and
- Strong experience in writing test cases and performing and co-ordinating testing activities, in particular, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
