We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Manager with a strong background in financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts, managing complex projects, and delivering strategic insights. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Role overview:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial market trends, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of business analysis experience working on large scale, digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of Business Analysts
- Leadership experience coupled with a deep understanding of Business Analysis and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of financial markets / services
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
