SA GOV organization looking for a Senior Business analyst to deliver high quality processes, requirements and improvements from a business perspective

Our client is a great South Australian State Government administration, providing services to all government agencies and they are on the hunt for a short-term Business Analyst to help with their business-related initiatives.

• 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
• Adelaide CBD locations (2 days WFH allowed)
• Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office as teamwork is required.
• $65 to $90 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise.
• State Government Agencies Award 2020 industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.

Responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst is responsible for high quality, professional and efficient project service.
• Assist with the understanding and identification of the business requirements and process of management for Change Management process and PMO, including facilitating workshops, identify process improvements, requirements gathering and analysis around the project.

Experience:

• Government experience - essential
• Demonstrated experience developing business requirements documents and engaging stakeholders and users.
• Ability to analyse and document complex business processes.
• Experience in the collection, presentation, and analysis of information.
• Ability in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes.
• Proven high level communication skills (verbal and written).

Requirements:

• Business BA related improvement experience required.
• You must have a valid National Police Check and a copy is to be provided if successful for the role.
• The successful candidate will need to undergo a SAPOL Clearance (Performed by SSSA).
