About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team in QLD. This is a temporary contract role, until the end of the year, you will play a crucial part in achieving sales and profit targets by acquiring new business and fostering growth within the assigned territory.

- Proven sales skills and thorough understanding of the sales process and prospecting
- Strong financial and business acumen in the health segment
- Understanding of the Aged Care industry
- Ability to identify, develop, and close large complex sales opportunities
- Excellent time management, organisational, and planning skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in sales analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-oriented
- Results-driven and action-oriented
- Accountability to activity and targets
