About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team in QLD. This is a temporary contract role, until the end of the year, you will play a crucial part in achieving sales and profit targets by acquiring new business and fostering growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve financial targets within the assigned territory via strategic territory planning
  • Build strong relationships with existing and future customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales team members for optimal outcomes
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Drive territory growth through effective territory management
  • Utilise sales systems, analytics, and CRM tools for strategic planning
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in selling into the Aged Care market segment
  • Prior sales experience in healthcare consumer goods
  • Tertiary qualification (a health or business-related degree is desirable)
  • Experience with wound care and incontinence product portfolios
Your Skills:
  • Proven sales skills and thorough understanding of the sales process and prospecting
  • Strong financial and business acumen in the health segment
  • Understanding of the Aged Care industry
  • Ability to identify, develop, and close large complex sales opportunities
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and planning skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in sales analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
