Security Business Architect - Cybersecurity Business Rules Process Model Consultant - Business Process Model Designer - $1200 to $1443 p/d- Mostly WFH

To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:

• Extensive recent experience as a senior Business Architect or senior Business Process Strategy Consultant within a Large, complex organization (Transport / Utility / Asset Heavy / Engineering Industry highly preferred);
• Demonstrated experience with uplift and transformation, from ground up, of existing business operating models within large, multi-stakeholder environments;
• Experience across Cybersecurity (i.e. ISMS / NIST framework or similar) within large complex Information Technology environments (preferably in operating model uplift);
• Demonstrated experience within Business Strategy, Business Modelling, Business Rules Design, Transformation and Advisory as well as Business decisioning;
• Detailed experience in discovery, business process mapping, BPMN reengineering, technical documentation, whiteboarding;
• Experience in demonstrating benefit realisation to get buy in, as well as business risk assessment;
• Experience within Change Management and business transformation strategy;
• Immaculate communications (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills;

Highly desirable but not essential:

• Previous experience within Transport / Utility / Telco / Heavy Engineering or NSW government;
• Detailed knowledge of technical IT / OT and IoT security functions;

You will be joining a large end-user organisation that is a household name.
They are looking to uplift their current cybersecurity operating model across their IT (Information technology) and OT (operation technology).
They are looking for a senior Business Architect or Business Model / Strategy Consultant to “Design” AND “Implement” this uplift.
Essentially you will have worked across a similar position in the past at senior level. You are able to get involved from an end to end point of view, including discovery, process mapping, detailing current operating model and strategy.
You will then work across the redesign and uplift of business operating model and involved processes, perform benefit realisation (why we need to do it) and risk assessment (what happens if we don’t do it) to senior management.
You will then get involved in end to end execution of the new business rules and models that you have design.
Although experience in Cybersecurity is important, this position is NOT a technical Cybersecurity architect or consultant as they already have that skillset.
The budget is roughly $200 million part of which is up for approval, and it also impacts about 200 people within the business (both in centralised as well as cluster functions).
