About the role
Reporting directly to the site Production Manager, the Business Coordinator, will be a key member of the Racecourse Mill Site Team. Tasked with providing administrative support to key Site Managers, Supervisors and Department Heads, the Business Coordinators role, will assist in helping to drive and achieve the Sites strategic goals, through collaborative work activities, as well as the co-ordination of meetings / events and site training requirements, whilst facilitating effective communication through all levels of the Site and the broader organization.
As the position is based at our Head Office, Racecourse Mill, the Business Coordinator is to convey a professional and confidential management image to all grower members, site personnel, visitors and telephone contacts.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Our structure provides for a Business Coordinator at each of our sites and these roles interact closely with each other maintaining 'first port of call' for all site administrative requirements. The following abilities and certifications are all highly regarded:
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification; and/or have five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft software applications with particular focus on Excel, Word and Outlook
- ERP Systems Exposure and Application – SAP / Kronos (desirable)
- Excellent secretarial, administrative and reception skills
- Comprehensive organizing and coordinating skills.
- Experience in large volume data entry with high levels of accuracy
- The ability to consult and collaborate with a broad range of people to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication, planning and scheduling skills.
- A passion and drive to ‘make things happen’.
Additional skills, whilst not essential will be useful to the successful applicant:
- Previous training coordination experience
- SAP experience
- HR / HSE Administration
- Reconciliation of Accounts
